Welcome to Creavy Seller Center
Creavy is a premium marketplace for artisans, boutique designers, and creative lifestyle curators. We require all merchants to maintain high-quality catalog standards and ship orders promptly to build customer trust and safeguard our brand integrity.
All product listings must feature authentic handmade designs, clear measurements, correct fabric or ingredient labels, and high-fidelity photography with white or clean backgrounds.
Dashboard Overview
The Creavy Store Manager is your single control panel. Navigate the side menu to manage everyday business assets:
- Home: View overall storefront visitor traffic statistics and real-time sales overview.
- Products: Add new items, update inventory stock levels, set prices, and write descriptions.
- Orders: View shipping addresses, packing lists, download PDF invoices, and dispatch parcels.
- Payments: Request manual payouts, track withdrawal transfers, and review your Ledger Book.
- Settings: Update your merchant profile, bank details, and notification preferences.
Chapter 1: Adding Products
Upload standard items or configure product options (colors/sizes) with our structured workflows.
Use a Simple Product when your item has only one configuration (e.g., a single-colored decorative art piece, a one-size accessory, or a pre-packaged collection).
Navigate & Title
Go to Products ➔ Add New ➔ Select "Simple Product". Write a descriptive title (e.g., Handmade Terracotta Tea Cup Set – Pack of 6).
Pricing & Schedule
Set a Regular Price (₹). If offering a discount, add a Sale Price (₹) and define the active date schedule.
Media & Description
Upload a clean primary image. Include gallery images showing front, side, and close-up angles. Write a bullet-point short description and a detailed item specification list.
Inventory & SKU
Create a unique SKU code (e.g., TV001). Check "Manage Stock", input your physical stock quantity, and click Submit.
Do not define any attributes or variations for simple products. Keep the Attributes tab empty to avoid storefront formatting conflicts.
Use a Variable Product when an item has distinct options (colors, sizes) where each option can have separate prices and stock levels.
Initialize Variable Type
Go to Products ➔ Add New ➔ Select "Variable Product" from the dropdown menu.
Define Attributes
Open the Attributes Tab. Choose an attribute (e.g., Color or Size), click Add, choose relevant terms (e.g., Red, Black), and check "Use as Variation" and "Visible on the product page".
Generate Variations
Open the Variations Tab. Click the Bulk Options dropdown, select "Create variations from all attributes", and click Go. This auto-generates separate listings for every term combination.
Configure Variation Details
Expand each variation. Upload a matching image, enter the Regular Price (₹), set the individual Stock Quantity, and click Submit. Variations without prices will display as "Out of stock".
Chapter 2: Orders & Shipping Fulfillment
Manage buyer purchases, check shipping data, and complete dispatch courier hand-offs.
